How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
I make the best effort to process orders as quickly as possible. I'm a one woman show, so depending on life's events, your map or sign could ship as quick as 3 days after ordering, but no later than 14 days! Delivery times will vary, but I ship USPS priority 9and that is typically 2-3 days). Custom orders will take longer, depending on the project. Let me know if your order's arrival is time sensitive!

How do l track my order? As soon as your order is shipped, I'll send you an e-mail with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can then enter the tracking number(s) into the FedEx or USPS websites to follow your new item(s) on its' journey from my studio to your destination.
Can l ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes. But you will need to contact me directly for prices, times and other logistics.
Can l ship to international addresses? Unfortunately, no I do not currently ship to international destinations.
Can l ship my order to someone else or a different address? Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be asked first for a billing address, then you will be given an option to "Ship to this address" or "Ship to a different address."

Why doesn't my item look like the photo?
Part of the beauty of handcrafted is that no two pieces are alike. They vary in color and wood grain. Some pieces are lighter, some are darker, some have more wood grain, some have less. And, that can all be within one piece. That is the nature of wood. The product that is photographed in the listing is obviously not the one you will be receiving. There will be variations, I cannot replace or refund because of these variances.
What if I receive the wrong item? If I have made a mistake, please contact me and I will make it right as soon as possible. If you have made a mistake, please contact me and I'll work with you, stuff happens:-) (this will require your returning the item to me at your expense).
